Races

The 2009 Race Series will run from March through May. A five race series is planned where individuals and teams will compete for series points. Team points will be base on the highest scoring riders (3) and at least one scoring rider must be of the opposite gender (need boys and girls to get top scoring!). Detailed rules will be available in December.

Categories Freshman/Sophomore Boys JV Boys Varsity Boys Freshman/Sophomore Girls JV Girls Varsity Girls Teams/Clubs Teams/Clubs are comprised of students from the same school. Composite teams that include students from multiple schools may be approved. County-wide home-school teams are also permited. Riders without teams may compete as independents.

Starting a club/team at your school? Parents, teachers, students and other community members should begin organizing their club/teams this fall. Email Tyler@socaldirt.org to be added to the SoCal Neighborhood.
